Walmart 3 cent treasure hunt - Nail polish and Make-up September 2022

Walmart has items marked down to three cents, but they are few and far between for most people at most stores. The easiest way to find these is to go to brickseek.com, choose deals, choose Walmart, and then sort by deal. The three cent items will come up first. Don't get mad if you don't find any at your store. I know it can be frustrating when you see some people purchase a whole display and you can't find even one three cent item at your store, or your store has the item, but it's still full price. You have to think of it as a treasure hunt. 

I've broken down some of the items you might find currently into categories. The first is nail polish.

The next category is makeup. There are a few brands that have a lot of items, but I'm going to start with the one offs in brands.

Wet and Wild - basically anything with cartoon characters
